Steps to Ordering a Custom Pacifier:
1. Contact the store to discuss ideas.
2. If your ideas are doable, pay the $10 deposit available in the store.
3. The store will keep you updated on arrival of extra pieces ordered for your pacifier, if applicable.
4. The store will assemble the pacifier according to the design when all pieces are in. We prefer to be actively in contact with the buyer during assembly to ensure maximum customization.
5. Once the pacifier is complete and approved by the buyer, the buyer must pay the remaining balance of the pacifier (an additional $5-20 depending on supplies and time spent, an amount determined by the store), plus shipping.
If the buyer refuses to pay the balance and shipping once the pacifier is started or completed, the deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions.
